Student agreement:
1. No weapons. 
2. Respect instructors.
3. Attend and PARTICIPATE in all classes while on premises.
4. Dress appropriately (No midriff, no mini- skirt, no spaghetti straps) 
5. No foul language or gestures.
6. No physical display of affection, e.g., kissing, holding hands. 
7. Cell phones, ipods, mp3s, or any other electronic devices must remain on silent and in the student's pocket.

I understand non-compliance of these rules may result in suspension/expulsion with no refund.


Parent agreement:
1. I will pick up my child in classroom promptly. If late, I will contact the assistant director. 
2. If there is a discrepancy about a discipline issue, I will speak to the instructor at KLASS!.  If the discrepancy can not be resolved with the instructor, I will contact the director, Karen Kozel. 
3. Continued disciplinary issues may result in student being asked not to return to KLASS. 
4. I understand that LCHE is not responsible for any injury my child may receive before, during, or after KLASS!.
